Martha Lera, M.A.
Martha Lera is the founder and President of Lera Consulting Group, Inc. She has over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of Strategic Human Resources and Organization Development. As a dynamic human resources professional, Ms. Lera partners directly with the senior level leadership of progressive organizations to uniquely combine human resources strengths, business efficiencies, and cost controls. Lera is consistently recognized for developing and executing system-wide initiatives that enable clients to meet and exceed their organization’s strategic goals.
Prior to establishing Lera Consulting, Ms. Lera held several high-level Human Resources leadership positions including Vice President of Human Resources for a global financial corporation with $1.6 billion in annual sales and $7 billion in assets. She earned a Master of Human Resources Development from Barry University. In addition to consulting, Ms. Lera serves as an adjunct faculty member at Florida International University.
Tanya L. Andrews, Ph.D.
Tanya L. Andrews, Ph.D., is an innovative senior leadership and organization development consultant, proficient in the design and implementation of organization systems and processes, including talent management, coaching and assessment, and leadership and organization development. Her nearly 20 years of experience is evident in her ability to strategically align financial, human resource, operational, and program goals to successfully support business priorities. Dr. Andrews earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
Magda Rico is an accomplished human resources professional with over 15 years experience in corporate America. While working with organizations ranging from small business to Fortune 100 companies, she has mastered the areas of Human Resources including recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, and mediation. She has also supported leadership in the areas of benefits, compensation, licensing, employee relations, compliance, and diversity and inclusion.
